Hello everyone! Today i am gonna tell you about when i won a chess tournament in Sweden called yes2chess. The thing is that it is not a normal tourament. It is played in teams. The team was the scoolteam of a school in Sweden. You can play the tournament in different groups. Every class played against another class with the same age. I played it when i was in class 3.

We had a team with 8 players and a coach. I will tell you about 7 of the players and the coach. I was the best player of them all. Here are the players:

Ivar Santon Hedlund (Me)

I was the best of the players. I just lost 2 matches in the whole tournament. The tournament lasted at least one month and there for it was online.

Harry Hvittfeldt

He was the second best player He and i played all the matches but one. The next player (Hans Gawell) played one match as the best player. It was one match when we met an easy team. The coach then decided to give me and Harry H rest.

Hans Gawell

He was the third best player of us. Today, he is better than Harry H.

The others

The other players where at the same chess level. I cannot decide who of them was better. The players was Adrian Lindstedt, Agnes Vall and Tyra Hällström.

The Coach - Sebastian Mosinski

Sebastian M was our coach. He is the one who did that i am so good. He was my inspiration. He helped us to win!

We will play the tournament this year too (but with other teams). I will maybe make another blog post about that.
