Why do Magnus Carlsen play the bongcloud opening?

Hi everyone! In this blog post we are gonna talk about why GM Hikaru Nakamura (@Hikaru) and GM Magnus Carlsen (@MagnusCarlsen) play the bongcloud opening in titled tuesday. And if you don't know what the bongcloud opening is, it is when you early in the game come out and in with your king. Like this:

But what do i think? Well i think that the main reason is that if Magnus loses, he wants to be able to have a reason why he lost. That he played the bongcloud. But of corse he whould never play that opening in a game about the worldmaster title...i hope.
