I am really happy to join a new team.  Its all female and I've been looking at the member's stats and there are some REALLY good players there.  It is refreshing for me to see a sisterhood here.  Hopefully I will obtain some sage advice from these ladies and learn from observing their games. 

My main objective is to get out of the triple digit ratings by EOY.  LOL.
