The Danish Gambit

I think the Danish Gambit might just be the most aggressive chess opening of all.

Why?

Well white starts off by sacrificing 2 pawns just to get the bishops out into the game and attacking the king like this:

And now, you can see that white has already gotten their bishop pair out while black has all of their pieces stuck on the back rank.

White will be way ahead in development and black will be struggling to defend with all those pieces crowded together so be careful and aware of this opening trap if you are playing black, and for white, try to use this gambit to start attacking really aggressively!
