Blitz game in Winawer French
Winawer French has been one of my favourite openings for a while. It's black's response in the French Defence after:
1.e4 e6
2.d4 d5
3.Nc3 Bb4
This is the Winawer and introduces complex play while 3...dxe4 and 3...Nf6 aim to get more solid positions.
There are many lines you can use in the Winawer and in this blitz game I gave a new twist to a variation I have played before by following a suggestion from recent French Defence book by Emanuel Berg....the opponent was gmjoey1 who is a tricky and cunning GM known for his blitz/attacking skills.
