Ok. About the way to delete it, I don't think anyone else than someone skilled in computer science can "use the browser developer tools". So, assuming I'm not one of them, I would like to know if there is another way to do it.
So, now I learnt the technical term which describes the issue, what can I do ? As I said, I can't comment, edit or delete the announcement. Would it also be possible to know what exactly caused this bug ? In theory, announcements allow html. Thank you in advance.
You should be able to access it through the Audit Log, if you have no other way, but it does appear that what was posted broke the layout // Imagine posting something that breaks the layout lmao
Thank you for your prompt response, here is the link to the club : https://www.chess.com/club/la-dame-de-fer. Do you also need the specific one of the announcement ?
Feedback : one of my admins tried to publish an announcement including html in a club where I'm Super Admin. Since this time, the announcement is empty and I can't find a way to either delete or modify it.
Feedback: using 'Game Review' or 'Analysis' to review Puzzles is extremely slow on my web browser. Like, I'd be better off watching a re-run of an episode of X-Files or two, come back, and it still might not be done. Task Manager says I got plenty of RAM and CPU available. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If I click the 'X' to stop whatever page-loading it thinks it is still doing, waiting for whatever data packets to come from the Wizard of Oz, reload the page & it completes, then the sub-page Alert-box is populated with data.
Feedback: Web Browser, mostly. Web pages sometimes never fully load. Using Mozilla, latest version(s) -- doesn't seem to matter which version of late. When pages never completely load---though, to the User they are completed---the '↻' Reload symbol never appears on the browser top-bar. It's forever loading. Hence, sub-pages never load either, like the Alert box; it's 100% blank.
