Thats strange. 9.04 has worked better for me then 8.10 did.

I've had some problems with 9.04 on my Dell, so I keep most of my boxes on 8.10

no ive nvidia kart. firefox worked slow i find out that it was because of its cache and addons;
and nautilus crashes and desktop items disappear and i dont know why :)

elxan: I don't know if you have the same problem I had, but in my case the intel graphic didn't work well, so I had to revert to older Xorg driver 2.4.
