Was up to 8 miles 3x weekly til 2010. CareGiving/Work/Cancer took life til recent. RUNNING was my "exercise". Now, cardiologist recommends CrossFit gym to get heartrate to 130 bpm for 20 minutes. Interviewing 2 gyms Monday/Tuesday. Frankly nervous and obviously new to CF. Thoughts? Ideas? Recommendations? M/71/195 5.10
