Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.I just wanted to share a little about what’s been going on with me lately, and maybe get some advice if you have any.
Lately, I’ve been feeling really different. I don’t know if it’s burnout—or in the worst case, maybe depression (though I’ve never experienced that before). I’m hoping and praying it’s not that.
I’ve noticed a few things: • I’ve had almost zero energy, no matter how much I sleep. • I’ve lost motivation for chess improvement and other things I care about. • Sometimes I even find myself zoning out mid-conversation with family. • And maybe the hardest part—I feel like I’ve been drifting away from the things I love, like anime and the games I used to really enjoy.
It could just be a phase, but since this is new for me, I’d really appreciate any tips or advice.
