A few days ago my rating for puzzles glitched. I lost 500 ELO in one day, which I think is impossible. IS THERE A WAY FOR THE RATING OF ALL EFFECTED TO BE RESTORED? I worked a long time for that rating, and I would really appreciate if it was restored. I tried contacting support, and it just went to an AI chatbot, who wasn’t very helpful.
If there is any way, please let me know, or help.

Hi guys, do any of u know what happened to puzzle ratings? My rating was around 2450 (not so good) and without me doing any puzzles it’s like 1950 (even worse). Smne plz explain lol

Guys, yesterday night, I solved puzzles and I reached my peak rating, 2620. I felt happy as i had reached my peak rating and headed to bed. And today morning, as usual, I solved puzzles again. But..... an insane glitch happened (I don't know what to do, I don't even know how to report about glitches to chess.com and Wind is also not responding). My rating has come all the way down to 1885 😭😭. What can I do? If u don't believe my puzzle rating was 2600 then check my stats>>puzzle. It shows something like:- I solved a puzzle wrong; 2620 - 20 rating is 1885?! Pls help

AND the "brains of steel" award!

so almost every time i play with a bot, they do the same thing over, and over again, and i always play the best move, so then its always a DRAW. its so annoying.

Currently matchmaking doesnt work. I tried twice and the first one the page completly freezed and the second time it just said there is an error

Bro this is so hilarious so I just finished Legend tier in puzzles and then it reset back to wood the very begining and I just think this is so bad because not only does it ruin your reputation it is also full circle they could not even make it like the gameplay league where it stops after legend and I have proof because if you check my stats and awards you can see there is no way a person with these stats can be in wood and the progression is slower than wood but faster than legend

I think that the play coach option should only be under one option.
As you can see, the "play coach" option is on "Play" and "Learn". I think that it is better to have it only under "Learn" because you are learning by playing your coach.

The noise that sounds when under 10 seconds often stops working. This is especially detrimental during bullet. I know programming timing things is tough in javascript, but I've lost a lot of games because I expect the sound to be there and it's not.
