بين الحين والحين اثناء التدريب على فن التكتيك نكتشف افكارا عجيبة فى بعض الماتشات وتكون فى منتهى الروعة ونتمنى ان تحدث فى ماتشات رسمية ولكن الخوف من التهور من تطبيق اى فلسفة لعب تؤدى بنا فى النهاية الى الخسارة ونندم بعدها ولكن هناك من الادلة لبعض الماتشات لمشاهير المحترفين تؤكد مانقوله كما عرضت لماتش كارلسن الاخير مع نيل الذى تفوق وفاز بدور مختلف تماما عن الكلاسيكيات المعهودة فى اخراج اى مباراة بين ندين كبار .... وعلى ضوء ماسبق راوغت خصما فى احد الادوار وسحبت ملكه الى منتصف الرقعة للحفاظ على قطعة (الحصان ) خوفا من ان يخسرها ومع ذلك خسرها وخسر المباراة ايضا ...تفضلوا شاهدوا سير المباراة كما حدثت بالامس القريب الجمعة http://www.viewchess.com/cbreader/2016/4/22/Game21292670.html

أخطاء تمنع جسمك من حرق سعراته الحرارية الزائدة.. تعرف عليها حرق السعرات له تأثير كبير على التحكم في الوزن (دبي- mbc.net) التوازن بين الأكل ومعدلات حرق السعرات أمرا جيدا لمن يبحثون عن الرشاقة والتخلص من الوزن الزائد، ولكن هناك مجموعة من الأخطاء تمنع الجسم من حرق السعرات الحرارية الزائدة، وهذه الأخطاء - كما ذكرتها شبكة سي إن إن - هي: الخطأ الأول: جمع الوجبات اليومية بوجبة واحدة كبيرة خفض تناول الطعام عامل مهم لخسارة الوزن، لكن قضاء فترات طويلة من الوقت دون طعام يبطئ عمليات الحرق في الجسم لتصل إلى حدها الأدنى، بسبب افتقار الجسم للسعرات الحرارية اللازمة. وعندما لا تتوفر السعرات الحرارية من الطعام، يبدأ الجسم بحرق السعرات المخزنة في النسيج العضلي ما يسبب في فقدان هذه الأنسجة. وينصح تناول وجبات صغيرة لا تتعدى سعراتها الحرارية الـ 400 سعرة حرارية كل 3 أو 4 ساعات، موزعة بين الوجبات الثلاثة الرئيسية، للحفاظ على مستوى الحرق في الجسم. الخطأ الثاني: تجنب الكافيـــين تنشط مادة الكافيين الموجودة في القهوة والشاي الجهاز العصبي، وقد تزيد عملية الحرق في الجسم بنسبة بين 5 و 8 بالمائة، ما يعادل بين 98 و 174 سعرة حرارية يومياً، وبحسب دراسة يابانية، يزيد كوب واحد من الشاي المخمر عملية الحرق في الجسم بنسبة 12 بالمائة بسبب مضادات الأكسدة فيه

Today we're going to talk about one of the most effective openings for black against 1. d4, the Slav Defense which starts after 1.d4 d5 2.c4 with the move 2. ...c6. Black first builds a solid foundation in the center and then can choose from various ways to break open the position and attack white. The history of this opening speaks for itself... The Slav Defense was played by 11 of the first 13 World Champions! It was featured heavily in the Alekhine-Euwe matches (1935 and 1937) and recently it was one of the main weapons by Kramnik and Anand as a critical component in several, separate World Championship victories. The main variation of the Slav Defense arrives after 1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.Nc3 Black has many choices: *An early exchange with 4. ..dxc4 *Development with 4...e6 known as the Semi-Slav *Black can play 4...a6 known as the Chebanenko Slav or the Chameleon Variation. The Chameleon Variation of the Slav Defense with 4. ..a6 is a very popular weapon among the world's best players because it gives black at least equality from the opening so that you can fight from a position of strength in the early middlegame. If you want to learn more about the 4. ..a6 line, I recommend you check out games of current 2700+ GMs like Kamsky, Topalov, Ivanchuk and McShane. This is a good weapon for you against 1.d4 and compared to other topical openings like the Grunfeld or King's Indian, with the Chameleon Variation of the Slav Defense there is much less opening theory for you to memorize. What I also like is that 1.d4 players will focus much of their energy on other variations, so most of the time you'll have the upper hand in terms of knowledge of the resulting middlegame positions.

We are pleased to present the following information for the first annual competition between member nations playing in Bobby Fischer's famous Chess960 format. Here follows the allocation of teams for the 2015 competition. The Round 1 draw will be announced on 7 December 2014 with a Start Date of 21 December. Subsequent rounds will be announced and start on those same days each month. Division 1: Australia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Philippines United, Turkmenistan.
