If you want to be a Admin or Coordinator You need to be hired. They should be logo makers. If you don't know how to it's ok as you can learn ( In my news)https://www.chess.com/news/view/how-to-create-a-logo And then you can undergo a test ( I will give colours and theme and you need to make a logo) If you completed the test you will be hired According to your logo making skills you will be Coordinator and Admin.
