I was just wondering how often you guys practice? Also, what resources do you use in order to facilitate the maximum amount of improvement? For endgames I'm plan on studying Silman's Complete Endgame Course, and I'm studying the Amateur's Mind in order to improve my middlegame technique. Anyone have any suggestions for what I could use for a set of tactical problems? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

So we have team matches against high players . So should we quit because we have a slim chance of winning or try our best to gain experience . Just wondering what types of openings you guys like to play. Right now I'm alternating between 1.Nf3, 1.f4 and 1.b3. I like to play with the hypermodern approach and I just find the bird's opening to be intriguing. So which openings do you guys play and why?

So presently we have one admin , and I think its time for another admin . Just randomly choosing admins might not be fair , so we could take an election (poll) for the next admin post . Who ever is interested in being admin can reply here . I can create a poll on a separate website sponsoring this people .
