I just joined a club and they recommended I post this into the club. I just need your feedback on a couple of things so that when I participate in a club conference I will be able to speak for us all (at least all who care in some way). The conference will help clubs find solutions to problems they are facing. Essentially what they are asking me to ask you guys is what problems are we facing, what are we doing well, and how have we done in the past. Hello members! Our club has recently had the huge honor of gaining representation in the Chess.com Club Conference, where we'll have the chance to talk with other clubs, share stories, and come together to create a future where clubs are united in some of the biggest challenges we face.  That's where you come in. We as club representatives ask of you to tell us in the comments what you believe to be the club's biggest challenges, best areas of expertise, and the events and people that have shaped this club into what it is. Doing that will help us prepare better to speak not just in the best interest of us as managers, but also us as a club.  Thanks so much for telling us, a little means a lot in this event and we greatly appreciate it. Pretty self explanatory, I'll announce a tournament, if you can try to confirm you'll be there, but otherwise, I think we can just announce here. Also let me know if you can host because I can't always. 

this club is honestly dead at the moment but i think we can still get it active so if you read this take 3 minutes to invite your friends to the club. at some point today make a note or strike up a conversation. perhaps put the link on your profile. if i can get five of you reading this to invite 10 people every day for a couple of weeks, we would grow A LOT. (i sound like i want an achievment or just want populairty but you just gotta trust me i am doing this to spread the Word")
