Wouldn't it be a good idea to implement some kind of automated service management system on chess.com that enforces users to submit there reports in some standardized form:
and am left guessing whether the explanation is either of "just forgotten", "no time to check", "undesired, but too expensive to change" or "feature rather than bug".
Although I agree, my issue with this is that there's not an easy way to format it (which I assume your suggestion will allow), but it's much more complicated when I have to show pictures in some cases (and I have no idea how to record video).
