Find The Plan - Complete Domination

Hey everyone! Welcome to the next (first in the Community Club!) edition of Find The Plan! Every Tuesday of the week, a new position will be posted here for players of all skill levels to discuss together. It is a fun social activity with no necessarily right or wrong answers. It is not a competition and there are no prizes to be won! Engine use is heavily discouraged!

The idea, as the name suggests, is to find a plan for the given position! What would you play? And why? You are encouraged to expand on your reasoning when commenting or reacting to the suggested plans of other players.

Rxd8 does lose material but it allows the queen into the pawn chain once Qxd8

So if Qxd8, then Qxc6 threatening a knight

I’m not sure if that’s good actually

Rxd8 looks like such a good exchange sac, you only lose one piece of material, and Ne6 is an idea, not to mention there aren't many (if any) other plans

but what if just Ne6, if takes then Rx8, not as good positionally, but you keep your rook

The problem with Rxd8 is Qxd8 Qxc6 is Rc7 the white queen has to go back to a4. Or if Qe6 theb Qe7

Position pretty stale but Rxd8 seems like the only way to create any play

Ne6 also possible but meh

Ne6 Qxe6 Rxd8 Rd7 Rxd7 Qxa5

or if they don't prepose a rook trade we have re6 attempting to win the C pawn

If Ne6 Bc7 we have Rh8+ forcing Nh7 and then we have Nxe4

That's nice and apparently it also works with Ne6 Be7.

And they have to move it otherwise they lose it or take the knight but then we should have a better position with rd6

Kd2-e1-f2 to ensure its safety and allow for Nc3-b1-d2 to challenge Black's bishop.

Rxd8 because anything else seems to keep the position boring
