Before this a long time ago in chat I asked him to partner with FreeChess and make FreeChess a partner club. Should I ask him if I can demote Willem??

In a partner club FreeChess we will be having a membership quad event open for all players. Winners of each quad section will get a diamond membership. The tournament will last throughout the month and will require players to negotiate themselves. For anyone interested in joining, read here
