I lose rating by winning on time?

You didn't actually lose any rating. You gained 12 points.

It looks like the dialog used the wrong starting rating: your last 3 daily games ended on the same day in October, and apparently the dialog pulled in the 1052 rating and calculated the difference between that and your new rating, but the rating formula used the appropriate 1021.
