KOTL Tier List

New guys: 

• Nubby at B

Nubby’s KOTL reached an absurd, near quadruple-digit ppd at its birth, largely due to the mod’s connection with the NSPCL community. However, the creator is currently experiencing a burnout and taking a break from modding, resulting in a drop in tier. 

• Chinese at C

Chinese_Person ‘s KOTL is relatively decent. Unfortunately, compared to the other new KOTLs, the Journey to the West has been struggling in popularity, and unless some major vamping occurs, inactivity and the D-tier may be likely to follow.

• Togepi at C-

Togepi’s current KOTL, Peace of the Ladder, has had a rather poor showing and is about to get kicked into the D-tier if it remains inactive for much longer. His new game, “The KOTL Gameshow”, does show promise, however. 

Increased: 

• Toxic up to B+

Toxic has been outputting consistently good games since his inception, and his popularity shows it. He’s recently become the third KOTL to cross 5k while also maintaining a 50 ppd, a very impressive feat. 

• Jeb up to B

Jeb has been putting out relatively decent games, and has amassed a quadruple-digit post count. However, his KOTL has unfortunately gone through a bit of a defunct state, which may result in a dropping of his tier if activity doesn’t pick up. 

• CP up to B-

Through a large amount of advertising all over the place, CP has managed to obtain a following. Through the usage of games that are fairly decent in quality, he’s managed to keep it and gain a couple thousand posts.

• Auk up to C+

Auk has recently revamped his KOTL, and his newest game shows signs of progress. If he continues doing what he’s doing, B-tier is a shoo-in.

Decreased: 

• Austin down to C

The mod of MOAR 2 has currently been on a bit of an unannounced hiatus. As such, his forum has been slowly dying. If and when he returns and begins actively modding once again, there’s not much doubt in his KOTL rising in tier once again. 

• Holo down to C-

VRBA is exactly like auk’s KOTL prior to the latter’s revamping. The amount of posts it garnered is irrelevant in this case, and it should be ranked in the same tier as auk’s once was.

Considered but not moved: 

• Angel at A-

Angel’s KOTL has been proceeding at a relatively slow pace. However, this is perfectly acceptable, and does not detract from the quality and enjoyment value of the thread at all.

Removed:

• Usad_Ormad
• Alex_Pims

According to the recent post I just made, the threads created by these people do not count as KOTLs. Therefore, they do not belong on the KOTL tier list, and have hence been removed.

we got undertale, chess, and a guy on a post in the A tier

B tier has splatoon, phineas and ferb, mushroom, and pokemon

C tier has thanos troll face, a penguin, minecraft, a whale, an introspective picture, and more pokemon

How strange. What’s this tier list even measuring?

Gameshow, along with Survival and All Stars, are not featured due to their gimmicks.

I doubt that is how Pin judges the KOTLs.

But yes, the advertising does get to be a bit too much after a while

I indeed do not judge based on advertising. Your KOTL would have been the same regardless.
