I agree to all except for 3.9. I think that if the winner is the club with the territory they should get two points but not gain any territory.

If a club abandons a territory to form a super territory, does the super territory count as part of the club they joined forces with, or does it count as part of both clubs?

They cannot join forces with another club. It's just retreating to your own club.

You mean if it is null there's no way to get a territory for either side?

OK, that makes sense. I might change that later on. But since some clubs have already made it back onto the board this way it might not come fast.
The reason I think it should be the way it is is because the battles in progress are still going and if a team wins why not let them have a territory if there is one to have? I think that all battles should be created equal

Update
Territories
1.1 There are 81 territories on the map
1.2 Clubs that own territories may ‘attack’ any territory connected to theirs by the North, South, East or West as well as Northwest, southwest, Northeast and southeast and via alliances (see alliances #4.2
1.3 Territories are won once a club has defeated the current owner of the territory via Any type of club match (Vote Chess, Daily Match, Live match, Multi-Club Arena)
Registering
2.1 To register enter your club’s picture, it’s link and the territory you wish to attack in the ‘confirmation thread’ in Club Wars
2.2 Create the match for the club that owns the territory you wish to take
2.3 The territory you wish to take MUST be on the outer edge of the map
2.4 Clubs may no longer try to get onto the map after September 30.
Battles
3.1 To create a battle with a club the first step is to contact the admin(s) of that club that owns the territory you wish to attack
3.2 Once both admins of the two clubs have agreed on the parameters of the battle one of the admins will send a challenge to the other team.
3.3 information needed in the confirmation thread is: Match link, Attacking territory, defending territory
3.4 Clubs attacking from off the map (Off world attacks) are labeled with “O” as their territory.
3.5 A single club may only be fighting 3 different outer edge territories at one time in an attempt to get on the map.
3.6 In order that a match be called an official Medieval War battle it must be posted in the confirmation thread within 7 days of the match’s start date.
3.7 Unresponsive admins will need to be reported to the “Unresponsive admins” thread and the case will be dealt with depending on the situation.
3.8 Null battles are battles where one or both of the territories involved in the battle have lost their territory in another battle
3.9 Null battles will continue without being marked on the Map. If the winner of the null battle was the one that lost their territory they will win the other club’s territory.
3.10 If both clubs lost their territory or the club that hadn’t lost its territory wins then no one earns a territory (see League Points #7)
3.11 The maximum number of battles a single territory may have at any given time is 10
3.12 Clubs may decline a challenge to the battle if they have 3 or more ongoing battles already (Null Battles do not count)
Alliances
4.1 Alliance can be created via the “alliance thread” in Club Wars. Once all admins of the clubs that are in the alliance have accepted rohithbala should be notified to add it to the list of official alliances. Confirmation from the admins may be asked for in a private chat
4.2 An alliance allows clubs to attack territories surrounding the allied club’s territories as well as their own
4.3 Alliances protect a club from immediate attack from its allies, however they can still attack and dissolve the whole alliance
4.4 In the event that an alliance is broken while a battle via alliance is still in progress the alliance battle is not affected.
4.5 Once an Alliance is broken no more battles via alliances may be created
4.6 Alliances may not be created between two clubs if they are currently at war with each other.
4.7 The battle may be erased from the war so long as the admin(s) of both clubs agree
Disabled Clubs
5.1 Clubs are bound to be disabled during the event. If a club is disabled the first battle that the club was playing on any one of its territories to be completed wins all territories owned by that club
5.2 If the disabled club had no battles in progress the first admin who is connected somehow so that he can make a battle with them to claim the territory will claim it.
5.3 A club may only claim the territories connected to them from disabled clubs.
5.4 If a club has been disabled for 30 days after their match is completed they will be removed from the war
Admins and their Clubs
6.1 Admins may enter as many clubs as they wish provided they are at least an admin with proper permission from the owner.
6.2 If an admin has many clubs near each other on the map they may NOT forfeit them all to one of the clubs he/sh owns. There must be a legitimate battle that will be checked for unfair play
6.3 Admins are strongly recommended to participate in the political/bilateral goings-on of the war. This includes the UkoC (United Kingdom of Chess) organization.
6.4 Admins are required to be following the Medieval War threads. Reading of all comments is not obligatory as long as you check back one every now and then to ask about updates
6.5 Clubs that have not had any activity and are not on the map will be removed from the war after 30 days of inactivity
6.6 In order to join back they will need to re-register
6.7 Outer edge=All territories with ‘A’, “I”, “1” or “9” in them
League Points
7.1 A club that successfully takes over occupation of a territory earns 2 League Points
7.2 Battles that have become “Null” (see #3 Battles) earn 4 League points to the winner, unless the winner is the club is earning a territory in the null battle
7.3 December 20 is the end of the season/start of next season. When that time comes the top 3 clubs with the most territories earn League Points
7.4 Top Club which has the most territories on December 19 earns 30 League Points
7.5 Top Club which has the second most territories earns 20 League Points
7.6 Top Club which has the third most territories earns 10 League Points
7.7 Ties will result in both clubs earning the said League points
7.8 Other prizes will be involved as well and this will include the following
7.9 Club that has the biggest body of territories connected on December 19 earns 5 League Points
7.10 Club that has won the most battles in the season earns 5 League Points
7.11 Clubs may earn more than one prize of League Points at the end of the season
Next Season
8.1 When December 20 hits all ongoing battles will be erased from the history (aborted) and will not count.
8.2 There will be a break until January 1 in which battles will be allowed to begin again
8.3 All territories along the outer edge of the map will be emptied and the clubs that owned them will lose them. (See 6.7)
8.4 Starting December 21 Clubs can claim any territory along the outer edge. The clubs that originally owned them may as well.
8.5 If a club owns another territory inland they may not claim a territory, unless they have lost one that they already owned on an outer edge territory.
8.6 All clubs that claim territories at the beginning of the season earn 2 League points as if they completed a battle for it
Abandoning Territories
9.1 This option for clubs is available in the event that a club does not want to fight but has no choice. They can abandon a territory and join forces into another territory of theirs to create one super territory.
9.2 The club must be connected to the territory it wants to retreat to in order to retreat there
9.3 The Super Territory has ‘2 lives’ now and will be able to lose a battle but not lost the territory.
9.4 Clubs can only abandon if they’re being attacked and if they abandon the club that was attacking gets the territory for free as well as the 2 League points involved
