When you're modding your own game it is basically just updating the board with diagrams.

You can't resolve disputes as a mod in games you play yourself.

is there anybody who can check periodically to resolve disputes?

I will be around watching this game from time to time and disputes are very uncommon, so it will most likely not be an issue.

After 3 days you can give a timeout warning. 24 hours after the warning you win by timeout. A player can receive a maximum of 3 warnings, 4th time is a loss. This 3 warning limit is refreshed every 40th move.
