Slow LIVE Chess Association

The Slow LIVE Chess Association (SLCA) is one of the very first clubs on ChessDOTcom to seriously organize longer LIVE games using a large increment.

We are sending you this club invite because we think that our activities may suit your chess habits well.

We play different types of tourneys. Most of them feature games at Negotiated Time, where the players need to agree on a mutually suitable day / time to start the game. A Protocol of Discussion exists to serve as General Guidelines so that the paired players can agree quickly on a mutual/suitable time to play.

However it isn't mandatory to participate in any of our tournament to play longer LIVE games with large increment. Keep reading! 

We also have a list of numerous players ready to play longer LIVE games with a large increment. You shall find them in our Outpost Forum. You will get their Time Zone, rating and their pre-availability for a longer LIVE games. Those people would be pleased to receive your proposal to play longer games at times that correspond to your shared preferences. It will only remain for you to send a private message and offer them a longer LIVE game with large increment! How long? 30m + 30s? 45m + 45s? 60m + 30s? What about 90m + 30s?
