Yes, this has happened to me a lot of times. I didn't know how to report about this. I have LOST a lot of games for no reason, because of this glitch (or bug).
There must be some lag.

Stupid! Don't you see the picture above and see the time left for white side to play? It had been more than ten seconds, but white wasn't able to play the first move. White had premoved e5, but it didn't play the move and White's time ran out. This has been the case with me also.

This is a recurring issue has been reported by several others as well (including me), here.
Please chess.com staff take this seriously.
Not only are players experiencing the "pre-move-like" symptoms described here and elsewhere, but others are also getting 1st round byes after being paired.
Two big problems that need to be addressed ASAP.

I just got glitch (somehow) that I am in white piece in a tournament, but then I start to play, then I see I am pre-moving, even though i didn't play anything, so are the opponent and Im the one to go first.
Then even though im still in the tournament, I still can't play the next round, dont know if this is the new version bug or just a glitch in normal and beta form didn't fix :v
