Where is the global chat?
We are deleting all chat history from new chat feature (last time, I promise)

Doesnt seem that they were cleared before at all!

yes, you have to go to friends, hover over someone's name (they have to be in chess.com beta) and then click the chat icon
dang it i had so many conversations saved on there

when I click a friend , I`m on that profile
And when clicking before the chat icon, there is no friendsname in

chess.com should construct an automatic translator that means all chats ... of clubs, arenas etc ... etc ... where the citizen wrote in his language and was automatically translated in all the languages of the other members! greater interaction and facilitation!

Now wouldn't that be a wonderful feature. It would be nice to have that feature when sending out messages. Perhaps Chess.Com could ask Google whether they could borrow theirs.
While I do like the idea of having a translator, I personally think that sometimes its best to leave things in its original language... why? Well first off it keeps the integrity of the message intact. If you use something like google translate -> it may not be able to handle slang terms, or it'll just change the meanings entirely. My second reason is that acknowledgement that there are beautiful other cultures other than our own is paramount. If we had chess.com blur that out by forcing everyone to see their own language (which makes sense on one level of comprehension), it fails to acknowledge that there are other languages out there. You may be asking yourself "what the heck is chessweiqi talking about". I would go on a rant but this is for another place and another time (dm me if you're interested in deep talks). Anyways, I think chess.com should let people be to their own devices... just hope there's gonna always be some mods present (that are multilingual like me) but i hope that we won't need them that much. Cheers.
