I think you genuinely have to wait

Of all the games you've played, you've lost too many games because of timeout. So in chess.com's perspective you are stalling the games, so you're temporarily banned from playing daily games.

You can change your tournament settings to allow a higher time out percentage.

Though, right now you would need to bump it to 100% unless you finish done daily games quickly to drop your percentage.

Also, did you realize you created two events?

It's because of what the red banner says, that you've timed out too many games in the last 90 days.

You set the maximum timeout to 20%, meaning no one with a higher timeout rate can join the tournament. Your timeout rate is 85.71%, which is far too high.

Most daily tournaments will have a maximum timeout percentage of 10%. That's the default value. The other day you were at 100% and now it's just over 56%.
