Predictions for Game 2 (Nov.27) of the World Championship! Remember, the Winner is the guess that is closest without going over.

Game 2 (Nov.27) On what move will each player castle? The answer is the average of both players. If only one player castles, that is the answer. (If no player castles, no winner today!)

Name Gr School
Prediction:
Kylan 10 Meridian HS 6
Owen 6 Fairhaven MS 7
Charlie 9 Sehome HS 7
Theo 10 Ferndale HS 9
Natalie 11 Ferndale HS 13
Zayden 6 Vista MS 14
Brennen 8 Horizon MS 45

Game Two lasted: 58 moves
White castled on move: 6
Black castled on move: 5
White connected rooks on move: 21
Black connected rooks on move: 16

The average of the two castling moves is 5.5.  So, the Game Two winner is ... no one!  All guesses are over 5.5!

Game 3 (Nov.28) On what move will one of the players "connect" his rooks along the first (or eighth) rank? That's when the rooks are seeing and protecting each other. The first player to do so -- that move number is the move number you're trying to guess.
