Anyone interested in helping create a Chess Magazine??

Something that might be worth it would be to license the articles under something like a Creative Commons license with appropriate limitations for what you are trying to accomplish.

Interesting Idea, there are tons out there already.   What is going to make this one different? 

ok, I will invite you two, and @ferric, it is for a more lower rated audience and amateurs, and it's free, so these people who are amateurs who do not want to put all their money into chess have a magazine

You could set up a publication on Medium (or a similar service provider) - people can submit articles, and you as the editor can decide which ones to publish. People can read it, but if you read more than three articles a month (or something like that) you have to pay. On the other hand, authors get paid for each member that reads their article (admittedly the pay is very low). I don't think you get paid for running the publication, though. authors keep the copyright for their articles.
