Voting in the FIDE 2014 Presidential Election?

I wish to vote in the FIDE 2014 Presidential Election, but I'm not sure where it is taking place nor when. I know in August of 2014, but I don't know the exact date.

If you are the president of the US chess federation (or one of the other federations which are members of FIDE) you get to vote (one vote per federation). Otherwise you don't.
