i mean the achievements you get for increasing your rating by 100
yes, but you just have to get it once to 'achieve it' and when you slowly get more rating, it 'upgrades' your achievement.

It's natural to want to increase your rating and get better, to me it doesn't make any sense to include the raiting achievments.. (besides, noone is getting 3k because you "make it a challenge")

Limit rating is 65535 (2^16 - 1) which is reached in puzzles. Probably limit rating is the same in other categories, too.

Highest rating in other categories are <4000, so it's impossible to get all of them unless you make multiple accounts (I mean millions or even billions of them) because you need some high rating players if you want to gain rating after hitting 5000 because you can't get rating from players who are 1000 or more rating behind you. That means you need to get millions of accounts to >5000 rating, which will obviously make you banned.
Also, you need to solve 10000 puzzles correctly, complete every drill, (At least you aren't forced to win/draw) compete in 100 tournaments, invite 10 friends, complete new/beginner/intermediate/advanced lessons, beat seasonal bots, mate with castle, "chatterbox" and "megaphone" achievements, watch 24 hours of chess TV, watch 1000 videos (not lessons), advice a friend to upgrade, award a membership, upgrade to membership and still you aren't done yet.
Finally, there's completely impossible to complete achievements: limit for how much you should play for last bullet, blitz, rapid and daily achievements is unknown. But the most impossible achievement to fully complete is the "happy anniversary" achievement. It's goes for infinity.
