German pen

Hi everyone.

About a year ago i started learning German. I started with duolingo and about two months ago i started learning from a book called "German all in one for beginners". I currently am somewhere  in the middle of the Duolingo course and the same in the German book. Now I believe i am considered an advanced beginner \ intermediate so I can understand lots of words and my vocabulary consists of around 3000 words (not including numbers). The problem is, that I don't know anyone who speaks German and so i don't get any practice in speaking conversation \understanding sentences by hearing, and much more. So now I must speak with myself in German which is kind of lame and I have no idea how my accent sounds, and how to improve it. I looked on the web for any good pen pal websites but i didn't find any good one which fit for me. So I think the best way is that I can have a pen pal on chess.com which obviously shares my interest in chess, and maybe we can chat on the phone, email, or on chess.com, about chess, culture or anything else. English is my native language so if any native German speaker out there would like to learn some English or learn more about Israel (and wouldnt mind speaking with someone who doesn't speak fluent german)  I really would like to be friends with you.

Thank you.

P.S I am a male 14-16 years old, so I am looking for a male also around 14-16.

I also use Duolingo for German, but it is also really addicting and takes lot of memory in my phone (only have 12 Go) so i deleted it. I recently installed it back.

As I said I still use Duolingo, although it has its limitations...
