You are too low ranked to make any money as you outlined.
Work with kids in afterschool programs. It's a nice gig for retirees and you don't have to be real high rated either as the average somewhat serious adult Chessplayer knows a lot more than the average kid. You might even offer private or group lessons to adult beginners. Admittedly, you won't get rich but this can be a nice way to make extra money during the school year. Check out libraries that want to offer beginner Chess sessions, too.
