I say gg when I finish a game with friends usually
Nobody says "Good Game" anymore!

should everyone stop saying grace before meals as well ?
No, that seems so ungrateful.
God created this great earth to provide us with food, and not just any food- food that nurishes us, tastes great, gives us energy! All given from an incredibly lovely earth with amazing creatures.
Thank you, Lord, for this food, our ability to eat it, the wonderful tastes from this planet, and those we share the food with! Amen.
Now, as to whether or not i think we should say grace before or after each game .....

<Even atheists play chess. And eat.
I thought they were solar powered ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
if a game goes very deep 40/60 moves etc and you lose i guess saying good game is appreciated by the victory anything under 20 moves is just plain stupid on the losers end and i should know iam that guy and when i lose under 20 moves the last thing i want to hear is good game
i also believe that a lot of people even from the states and canada really don't speak english or are competent enough to converse or can type so they just don't respond

There does not seem to be a way for users to access previous live game chat history on Chess.com after the game has finished. The company has not indicated any plans to implement a feature to save live game chat logs..

But saying good game even when chess mated in a few moves, takes a man and half, the mistake just 1.

No one has ever told me "good game", win or lose. I have had plenty of people ask for a rematch after I beat them (and every rematch I lost which is interesting in itself), but never had anyone ask for a rematch after they won.

This blurs me, indeed if I did not initiated a nice talk mid game if my turn to stay fair. There was also none... in contrary I wish I had screen shotted the game chat for some.
Good sportsmanship is admirable, but gg is inappropriate before a game is finished and when initiated by the victor. We play tens of hundreds of thousands of games, saying gg after every one is too much.
