What is your way to protect them?
I am clearly the protector of all u-400 in this thread. I protect them against the irresponsible self lies that other dishonest higher ELO players project into them. I see many of these people here, they lie to themselves about how good chess is for them and then encourage the weak ones to follow the same path

Aknowledging and calling out the lies deters and disuades the liars and make the u-400 more cautious and self conscious

It is a self projection. He doesn't approve being a U-400 himself so its annoying for him witnessing this behaviour in others

I am a 150 one. But in game reviews my rating is kind of above 400
400 Elo is dreadful
