How?
By being active in the clubs, creating matches, organizing vote chess, greeting new club members, commenting in the forums, etc.
The people on the list are, for the most part, friendly and active members of the site.

I’m doing pretty well considering I only found my first forum in around February last year.
I've gotten over 1600. Currently around 1500. Current milestone. 1700
