It says "account closed". is that for fair play, he.she closed it themselfs, or something else?
What does this mean?

probably for cheating
if you close yourself it says closed for inactivity

That sign means closed for cheating in most cases but @Jackraoch asked staff to close his account for him

He asked staff to close his acount.
Had it been for cheating, it would have said "This acount was closed for violating the fair play policy."
Had he closed his own acount, it would have said "This person closed their own acount on (EG) June 4th"

It was a requested closure and done by staff on the back-end.

if you've played against the account in the past, chess.com would send a msg if it's a "fair play" thing. This says the is account closed, probably the account owner has closed it.
