Here is something special. A cute and happy 1958 Voronezh set with faces drawn on using a green marker. 🤭

Just look how content the white queen is!

The tallest bishop—which seems to be from a different set—had to have a face, of course.

The white knights have some extra manes and green lipstick, because it looks fabulous.

And the white rooks are clearly ready for work, with their fashionable ties.

I like to think a Soviet kid drew on these chess pieces, but who knows?
