20” chess board, 2.375” - 2.5” squares.

Brad at Colorado Woodworker at Etsy sells borderless boards in this size. I have bought a couple of boards from him (one borderless) and have been pleased.
I am trying to find a chess board that is 20 by 20 inches (half an inch thick preferably) but the squares need to be 2.375 - 2.5 inches, so with a very thin border, or borderless.
The reason being is I have a table that will fit a 20 inch board inside, but my nice chess pieces are suited to a 2.375 or 2.5 inch square.
Has anyone seen such a thing? I am having no luck.
