Here's some pics of a vintage and rare Red & Black Windsor Castle plastic Set.  A very popular set during the 1950's and 60's and used in many US Championships and many National Toournaments. The sets were prone to chipping. Its a great historic set. If only the set was made with larger Knights. These sets are extremely hard to find and rarely show up on Ebay.

A rare and gorgeous specimen of an important set in U.S. chess history. I own bakelite originals in cream and black and white and black. They were used in major events like the Western and North Central Opens I played in in Milwaukee during the sixties. I also have a number of very fine House of Staunton reproductions of this set. You're right, the knights are too small. HOS made them even smaller.
