Arena GUI bug with DGT3000. Does not display time (only moves)

As per title, I am playing Arena Chess GUI and several engines, and I connect it with my (old) DGT board and DGT3000 clock.
Moves from the board are recognized and everything works. Also, Arena successfully displays its moves on the clock as instructed. Unfortunately, though, no time gets ever displayed on the clock. I enter mode 25 (computer communication), and the clock stays -:--:-- / -:--:-- for the whole time (except when it is displaying the move).
This does not happen when I connect it to Fritz, and neither when I connect it to chessconnect, so it seems it is a bug of Arena GUI. I am using version 3.5.1 and it's the first one I ever tried.
Is there a forum, a mail, anything where I can report this bug?
