So I am currently reading art of attack and I am not sure what to think of it so far. It is instructive in the sense that its giving me ideas of how I can be more aggressive in my games. However I feel like most of the examples are attacking combinations require calculating 6, 7 8+ moves that frankly I'm not capable of doing right now. I'm not bashing the book because I know its very highly regarded. I'm just thinking maybe its too advanced for me at this point. The chapters on focal points and mating patterns were helpful. I dunno. Just wondering what everybody thought about the book and what level its appropriate for.
