I've seen only Lardy making sets from olivewoods. This set is very intriguing, it's like a hybrid between Chavet and Lardy. The board is beautiful too. Nice find mister!

It's very confusing to sort out these French Jura sets. Has anyone actually seen a Lardy branded/marked set with the knight second to left? I'm wondering who was making these. I have several sets with this knight and the rest of the pieces do not look like Lardy carvings to me, more like Chavet. And what of Roz? What do their vintage pieces even look like? And did Chavet make any sets with a more traditional knight? Jura sets are very mysterious!
…I think the color and reddish tone matches the Chavet finish nicely.
