The process is the same fool.....
A Prepaid return able...
and a refund.....
It's the "SAME"????? Maybe you should just admit that you are wrong, rather than lying or making up excuses.

How exactly.
You claimed I could not return the item.
Well I showed you the link to where it says it 'non-returnable'.
Show me your link of your chess set that says that it's 'Eligible for return'. (unless that was just another lie).

OK.
Very very very low IQ.
Are you OK? Too much black shoe polishing to stain your black pieces? Are you confussed? Where's your link???
Here is what mine says. And you can still return an item that is marked non returnable if the item is a bum chess set.
5. Returns: Customized products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced as set forth in our Return Policies.
Still waiting for the link that shows what you posted....(or you can just say that you lied and be done with it).
That sure is a lot of diverting posts there. A simple link to the chess set where it says it's "Eligible for return.." is all that's needed. He posted an image of it, so why not just post the link? Hmmm....it's really looking like he made up a lie. I mean, did he really just clip that image from a different chess set and then say "oh look, my screen says it's eligible for return"??? I'm mean can anyone trust anything this guy says?
Hmm..still not as simple as 'return for any reason or no reason' - so he's wrong there.
Still not as 'flawless' as clicking 'return' without talking to anyone. - wrong again.
And still not the link to your lie of 'Eligible for return' that you posted:
Just more distraction so that he doesn't have to admit that he made up this lie.
So the set is the 'same' but different from the one that was actually bought. Fail.
And still doesn't justify posting an image of a different set's return policy and claiming that it's the one you bought. HARD FAIL
I guess I gotta wonder why he didn't buy the ebonized set...if they're the "same" as he says...LOL. Or are they different? Hmm....
Just received my latest set from Chessbazaar.
Ordered direct, on Etsy. Ordered the evening of 19-Feb, paid with Paypal.
Delivered today, 23-Feb before noon.
Set is a lovely 2.6" Collector's Series in Shesham and Boxwood. Very well packaged, very nicely done. One of the smoothest transactions I have had, smoother than 2 of the last 22 orders from Amazon (in the past 2 weeks, I order a lot from Amazon), one that never got here and one that was the wrong product (not chess sets).
Currently looking to get something else as they gave me another 30% off coupon.
And the process would be the same with a chess set.
You talk with no one, and can return an item for any reason, or no reason.
And you do so by going to the Amazon order page, and clicking the return button on the item you purchased. And printout the prepaid shipping label on your computer. And then you can track the return item, and see when Amazon will refund your money.
And the process is flawless....
So you see (but just don't want to admit) that I was right in saying..."That's NOT the case for the chess set that you just ordered".
