For Schools these are very economical.
Thursday evening I purchased ten plastic weighted chess sets with green and white vinyl boards, a green carrying case with a slot to carry the board. Each set comes with two extra Queens.
I bought them at Wholesale Chess out of Utah. They threw in an extra set free and free shipping. They were shipped UPS on Friday and I should have them by Tuesday afternoon. I am tracking the 19 lb. box.
They advertise on Chess.com $10.99 each USD.

How many sets do you want to get for that 80 EUR? If that's the price for each set, then you'll have no trouble finding equipment.
If on the other hand you are looking for as many sets as you can buy for that price, then my local club has had good experiences with The House of Staunton or their partner company The Chess Company (don't be fooled by their reputation for expensive sets, they have tournament-sized plastic sets from as little as 4 USD). They also sell various types of boards quite cheap - I'd reccomend the mousepad style ones which are slightly more expensive but much nicer and longer lasting.
Your major expense is probably going to be the clocks, however, regardless of where you end up shopping.
