If not in stock, will need to wait as stock comes from HK , Slow to get back to you on emails . On the whole a very good e board .
Buy with pay pal it you have any late issues can get a refund .

I just got my Chessnut AIr last month and have been playing with it daily. While I have no experience with the customer services at chessnut, I can say that beyond a few niggling issues of disconnect at during powersave with android(Seems to be centered around my phone, and only phone(S24), not tablet(S9+) The board has been remarkable fun.
I am considering purchasing the Chessnut Air, but I’ve read several times that people have encountered customer service issues with this company. What do you think about it? Have you had any experiences with this?
