Be aware (if you're not already) that the Everyman Move by Move series of books, while good imo, are quite different from e.g. Chernev's Logical Chess: Move by Move or John Nunn's Understanding Chess Move by Move, which explain more or less every single move. The Everyman books have a more normal style and density of annotation. What distinguishes them is the text is interspersed with questions (with answers) to the reader, which are supposed to give a more interactive experience.
You can check them out for yourself using the Amazon "Look inside" feature.
I've read the one on Capablanca, and really enjoyed it. I don't know about the others.
John Hartmann, a chess.com regular, has reviewed it on his blog:

As a big fan of 'move by move' books I am considering purchasing one of Cyrus Lakdawala's book. (1) What do you think about these books (in general) and (2) which particular one, do you think, is the best?
