Do you own ANY chess equipment?

Doesn't anyone own ANY chess books, clocks, software, or equipment? I get the feeling nobody does because our Equipment Reviews section looks slim. We have TONS of products in there. Can't you add a review or 5 to it? :D

Thanks!

I will certainly review all equipment I own.

I think one reason of the shortage of reviews may be the lack of knowledge of the review section of chess.com. I have been here over a month, and never heard of it until now, but I will definitely review them.

I just wrote a detailed review of the Palm Z22 w/ Palm Hiarcs vs alternatives, but I didn't see a good place to put that in the equipment reviews section.

On my Christmas list is a chess pocket mini computer. Let’s see what I get. I remember when I used to travel around that I enjoyed it a lot playing it on the planes.

I have a very old electronic chess board, but I barely use it. I also own a very old chess book. No reviews from me, sorry bro.

If you want reviews, load me some equipment and I'll be happy to. :D

I have a small chess library, but couldn't find one title that was common to your list. 95% of my collection is more than 20 years old, whereas the titles you have for review are mostly post 2000. Sorry can't help you here Erik.

I have a chess set from 1918, so I can't help you there.

I own a Very dependable Analouge Schachuhr Chess Timer.  It doesn't keep time to the second, but is inexpensive and easy to setup and use.

I gave a quick review of the Excalibur New York Times chess computer a while back. I got few comments for my effort. It is the newest model known as the NY22.

I'm sure some of our GM and other high ranking people have chess equipment. It may be older stuff though. I don't know many people who play speed chess though, it's a bit too stressful for the average player Tongue out

I recently acquired a battle axe. Well not for the chess game, but rather to work my victorious opponent over! You could call me a bad loser....

Thought of exploring the very first threads here. I do own a chess combo (Pieces + board), a heirloom by my grandfather. Don't know which one it is
