Fritz Problems

I am having some problems with my recent purchase of Fritz. When I try to analyse a game (I import the chess.com pgn) it doesn't analyse and instead says "Analysis: Stopped". I bought Fritz mostly for analysing purposes and not being able to do so is very annoying.

 

Help?

The manual for Fritz is awful, doesn't contain information on this and if you don't have anything useful to post, keep your keyboard stashed.

google for "steve lopez fritz" or simmilar. Steve has many fine articles on Fritz.
