Help - how to un-install ChessBase 9 ?

Hi folks,

As an existing Chessbase 9 user, I recently purchased the full Chessbase 10 package. I then discovered that there is not an un-install option on Chessbase 9 DVD and for some reason Chessbase 9 is not appearing on the XP program list to use the XP remove command !

Would really appreciate if someone has successfully managed to un-install chessbase before.

are you sure it's currently installed properly?

Why don't you go to the directory where it's installed and delete it manually?

start>control panel> add/remove program> select and click uninstall
