The copy is good but does not account for the delicate body of the original design. The king and queen are weirdly shaped at top and not sharp enough.
Anyway enjoy the set.

I found one that I think might be an original. It was lacquered and looking pretty worn. Got it restored by a professional antique restorer and wow, what a resurrection…! In maple and walnut for sure….

Wood Ideas on ETSY makes a few beautiful sets including the Ohme design. It comes with a very nice box.
