Looking for Bobby Fischer® Series Cavalier Black and Camel Plastic Chessmen or similar

Thank you for posting pictures of your set. It is a nice looking one and I might just go with that one. Going to do a little more searching around first though just to see if anyone still has the Bobby Fischer Cavalier set in stock. So far, all the places I have checked are sold out of it. I wonder if it is being discontinued. Does anyone know what company made that set? As maybe I should contact them to ask.

The Bobby Fischer Cavalier set that you are referring to was produced and sold by Shelby Lohrman's American Chess Equipment (AmChessEq.com).  Shelby also sold the set through Amazon and, I believe, a few other sites as well.  As posted earlier by @cenicebrio here is a link to the product web page on Shelby's website.  However the set no longer appears on the website, so it appears it is no longer available.  You could contact Shelby directly (he's a good guy, honest, so he would try to help you if it's at all available).  The best way to contact/correspond with him is via telephone  (310-329-9143 business;  562-225-8324 mobile).  He is located in Gardena, California.  He also has an account on chess.com, so you could also try messaging him here  @ShelbyLohrman.

Thank you for clarifying that. I had read that American Chess Equipment carried the set. But was unsure if they were they were actually the one's producing it. I called American Chess Equipment asking about the set earlier in the week. It may have been Shelby I talked to. Whoever it was, was extremely helpful and very informative. I will keep searching a bit more but may end up contacting the company again to see if they have any other suggestions.

You're welcome.  I suggest to give Shelby a call.  If he cannot locate a Bobby Fischer Cavalier set for you, I can recommend his new Ultimate Chess Pieces as I had mentioned earlier.  I consider it to be one of the better plastic sets on the market (I recently purchased the set).  If for any reason it doesn't suit you (which I doubt) I'm certain Shelby will accommodate you if you decide to return it.

Hi, sorry for hijacking the thread, I'm also looking for the Bobby Fischer Cavalier set but I am currently locaded in Germany, does anyone know a EU retailer that might sell it (or an American one that ships overseas)?

Related question, is the set out of production or just out of stock? It seems to be sold out everywhere but by reading around it appears to periodically resurface, does anyone know if it will become available again in the future?

The only person who could definitively answer your query is @ShelbyLohrman, who is the oringinator, producer of the set.  Shelby is a Chess.com subscriber and will reply if you message him.

I guess you could make a pretty penny, the link above (which I had already found, but thanks nonetheless) is selling for around 70€/85$!

Good to know you have plans to keep producing the set, even if it's "some time" in the future. I was watching your "Differences in tournament travel chess boards" video where a couple pieces can be seen for a minute and I had to track them down. Cavalier #1491 are maybe more elegant but yours have more personality (personal taste, of course), it would be a shame for them to be completely out of production.

I think the Pacific Game Co. Cavalier #1491 has immense personality! (of course I'm biased because I own it - but I own it for that reason, among others).  I also hope that Shelby can have his Bobby Fischer Cavalier set produced again sometime in the near future.  I would like to own that set also!
